Accuracy
Xplore Net Solutions cannot accept any legal responsibility for the accuracy of the advertisements, or any alleged breaches of contract on an advertiser's part.


Warranties and Liability
Xplore Net Solutions is not liable to you for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly in connection with the project, the service or product, its use, misuse or otherwise including (but without limitation) any loss of profit, business, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings. This exclusion of liability applies to liability in contract and/or tort (including negligence) or any other principle of legal liability.


Copyright
It is the advertiser's responsibility to obtain reproduction permission for all photographic and other material used in their advertisements. The advertiser warrants that he is the owner of the copyright in such material or is authorized by the owner. The advertiser indemnifies Xplore Net Solutions against any action brought for breach of copyright from the use of such material supplied by the advertiser. Xplore Net Solutions cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertisers.

Management
It is the advertiser's responsibility to maintain their text information on their own listing, via the member area. Xplore Net Solutions does not agree to make any text changes/additions on behalf of the advertiser. 
Xplore Net Solutions agrees to make changes to photos on behalf of the advertiser's, once a year. If a request is made to take photographs from the advertiser's own website, it is at Xplore Net Solutions discretion which photographs to use, unless indicated.


Hypertext links
Xplore Net Solutions reserves the right to refuse hypertext links to, or addresses of, other web sites from advertisers pages, and to remove links or web addresses without notice at our sole discretion. Website links to other listing pages within accommodation listing companies are not authorized. Website links must be to advertisers own websites.


Termination
Xplore Net Solutions reserves the right to refuse any advertisement for the website, and will not be liable for any expense in so doing.
If advertisers wish to have their advertisement removed from the web site before the end of their paid subscription period, this will be done, but no refunds made.
If advertisers register their property and then decide not to go ahead with the listing a cancellation  fee will apply. This late fee will be 25% of the listing price.
If an advertiser attempts to enter unsuitable material into the on-line member database, or misuses the on-line systems, Xplore Net Solutions reserves the right to remove the property from the Xplore Net Solutions site, with no refunds made.
